Wax people and London Eye

Hello beauties!

Hope you had a great weekend! Friday was hectic rainy and cold in Jozi. We had the evening to ourselves and spent it wrapped up inside and just chilling. Literally! Saturday, we went wedding dress fitting with my cousin, Larissa, her mommy, sisters, cousin and Liani. What fun! Fit in a mini visit with my bestie between all that as well! I did some makeup Saturday afternoon and Jan and I spent the evening with my parents.

Will upload photos of the makeup soon.

Anyway, after Scotland, we were back in London. I'm uploading pictures from the seventeenth and eighteenth of September for you today. Willem was at work on both of these days, which was sad!! At least we got to spend our last day with him again.

On the 17th we went up in the Eye of London, did a Thames boat tour and visited Madame Tussauds. We had such fun! These first pics are of the areal view of London. It was quite spectacular!

HMS Belfast

Tower Bridge. This is not the London Bridge like Google will tell you. :)
Armadillo Building. This is London City Hall, from where the Mayor of London does his duties.

Tower of London. Home of the famous Traitors Gate, the prison where traitors were executed.
Another shot of Tower Bridge. It was repainted for the Queen's Jubilee

The Shard, the newest skyscraper rising on the London skyline.

Millenium Bridge, aka, the Wobbly bridge, with St. Pauls peeking out in the back

On the 18th we visited St. Paul's Cathedral, where we weren't allowed to take pictures inside, but here are some of the outside shots.

We also went to see Hamley's toyshop and finished off our shopping.

Have a fabulous Monday folks!

Stay beautiful and be kind to animals,
