Hope your weekend was fantastic. We had our first bout of sunny weather for a long time in Jozi, which was really great. So far, this Summer we've been in jackets and socks instead of sleeveless tanks and shorts. Exceptionally strange.
Had a great coffee session with Liani again. Bestie, I'm loving this every weekend thing! What are we doing this weekend? :) (Ps. Her blog is rocking! Check it out!)
Anyway. Yesterday, I was in the mood for baking. This is an exceptionally strange occurance as well. (: On the menu was cheese loaves and let me tell you, they were good.
For dessert, we had frozen yogurt popsicles. This is an idea I got from Rita-Mari, after our visit with them the weekend before last. It's really delicious and hassle free to make these. All you need is yogurt (I used the single serving packs), popsicle sticks and a freezer.
Make a small cut in the centre of the peel tab and stick in the sticks. Then put in the freezer. It's as easy as that! To get the popsicles out once frozen, I simply held the containers under running water for a moment or two and pressed them out.
What did you get up to this weekend? Please share!
